The setup fee covers full system deployment on our UK servers, migration of your existing parts catalogue (Excel, CSV or manual entry), configuration of your team structure, and a live training session for your admin and technicians. Most clients are fully operational on the same day.
Yes — the Android app is free to install and works on any Android phone or tablet running Android 8.0+. Technicians use it to scan QR codes, confirm deliveries and check their van stock. The main dashboard works on any modern web browser.
Yes. All data is hosted on UK-based servers and is fully GDPR compliant. We do not transfer or process data outside the UK/EEA. Your data is backed up daily and you can export it at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your customer portal. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. There are no penalties for changing plans.
You get full access to the Growth plan features for 14 days. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or your account is automatically paused — your data is retained for 30 days.
ServiTrack works for any field service company with engineers carrying spare parts — parcel locker servicing, vending machine maintenance, lift and escalator servicing, ATM maintenance, CCTV and alarm installation, broadband infrastructure, and more.
Your licence is annual. You will receive an email reminder 30 days before expiry, and an in-app banner will appear in the system. You renew by paying the invoice via your secure customer portal — powered by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed your licence is extended automatically.
